refactor(Dockerfile): 使用基础镜像重构 Dockerfile 以简化构建

Browse Source 
- 移除重复的运行时环境配置和依赖安装步骤
- 通过 ARG 指令支持灵活的基础镜像配置
- 保持原有应用部署流程不变
