augushong a587a0c00a fix(phone-image): 修復refreshDomPage鍵不匹配導致對齊不生效 
BUG-2修復: refreshDomPage用pageIndex+1讀config.pageAlignments，但setPageAlignment用pageNum寫入。
封面頁佔據index=0時，第一個內容頁的key不一致。
改為從DOM的data-page-num屬性獲取正確的pageNum。
